Frequently Asked Questions
How far do you travel?
We are committed to bringing high-quality PT directly to your doorstep. We typically serve clients within a 15 mile radius of Indianapolis. If you live outside this area, or are unaware, please contact us directly as we may be able to accommodate you for an additional travel fee or provide alternative options.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to the care they need, regardless of location.
Do you take insurance?
We are currently a cash-based physical therapy provider, which allows us to create a personalized treatment plan for your needs that is not dictated by insurance reimbursement. Cash, credit cards, HSA, FSA, and checks are currently accepted. On request, a super-bill can be generated following each physical therapy visit, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Where in my house do you set up?
Typically, we can set up in any area of your home that offers enough space to perform the necessary exercises and treatment - this could be your living room, spare bedroom, garage, or even your patio if the weather permits. All we need is a space large enough for a portable treatment table and room for exercises. We’ll work with you to find the most suitable and comfortable spot in your home.
What is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a clinical treatment that utilizes a very thin needle placed into painful soft tissue (muscles, tendons, capsules, ligaments, etc). The placement of the needle is based on the patient's unique evaluation findings to directly address each patient's pain and dysfunction. The small needle used in dry needling varies in length depending on where in the body the needle is placed. Safety is always the main focus of treatment!
Is dry needling or cupping an extra cost?
No - Dry needling, cupping, and any other treatment techniques are included in the service prices.
